30-Day Refund Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund for eligible items. To qualify for a refund, items must meet our return conditions outlined below.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Unwashed and with all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Refundable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened:

  • Teethers and feeding accessories (if packaging has been opened)
  • Nail files, trimmers, and personal grooming items (if packaging has been opened)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact us at support@gentlenest-co.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request.

Step 2: We'll review your request and provide you with return shipping instructions and our return address.

Step 3: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition or with missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@gentlenest-co.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
