Shipping Policy

At GentleNest Co, each order is carefully prepared and shipped with care. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to bring thoughtfully selected products to your family.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after they are placed. During busy periods, seasonal launches, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

When your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery usually takes 5–21 business days after processing, depending on destination, carrier service, customs, and seasonal demand. A typical total estimate is 7–26 business days from purchase.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend ordering early for holidays, seasonal collections, and special occasions.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on orders of $39 or more. For orders below $39, standard shipping is $4.75 to the United States, Canada, and Israel, and $4.95 to supported EU destinations. Rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping Partners and Separate Packages

Some items may ship directly from our trusted fulfillment partners. Products from the same order may therefore arrive in separate packages.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent by email once available. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment.
