Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Products must be in their original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (like teethers and grooming products) cannot be returned once opened
